We also offer the sponsorship opportunity to host a watch party for CTLCV Education Fund’s Environmental Summit. By agreeing to host a watch party, you also become an event sponsor. We are thrilled to offer this new sponsorship opportunity to educational institutions, public and private institutions, and community organizations so we can further engage the environmental community and connect more voices to some of Connecticut’s key legislators.

As a watch party sponsor, you agree to the following:

-To host a watch party on X date at X time on your organization’s/institution’s property
-To collect names, phone numbers, and email addresses of attendees that you will pass along to CTLCV
-To publicize this watch party and other CTLCV Education Fund Environmental Summit events on social media prior to the event
-To “live tweet” the watch party during the event

In exchange for your participation, CTLCV agrees to the following:

-To use your organization’s/institution’s logo in our website, social media, and promotional materials
-To provide your organization/institution with a checklist, social media toolkit, sign-in sheet, and follow-up materials prior to the event
-To offer a $X stipend to provide refreshments for your watch party attendees
-To waive the ticket price for watch party hosts and attendees
