Solar Canopy Potential in CT 2024 December 12, 12 - 1 PM, Virtual People’s Action for Clean Energy (PACE) has updated their groundbreaking report on the potential of solar canopies in Connecticut. The report is an update to their 2021 study and concludes that the state could generate 36% of its current electricity needs on solar canopies built over parking lots. The report spells out a series of policies Connecticut’s leaders could implement to realize the potential of solar canopies.
