COMMUNITY  ORGANIZING

CTLCV Education Fund is dedicated to working within low-income, underrepresented, and communities of color to understand the environmental issues they face each day and ensure their voices are heard by those in power. Climate change and pollution may impact all of us, but they do not impact us all equally.

We at the CTLCV Education Fund know we cannot help solve problems if we don't even know what they are. That's why we're dedicated to working within communities, listening to their stories and calls for changes, and supporting their initiatives.

We work with a number of partnership organizations and community leaders to build environmental committees. Currently we have committees in Hartford, Bloomfield, and Middletown
—and we are working to expand our reach even further.

If you are interested in joining one of our committees or forming a committee in your town, please contact the CTLCV Education Fund at ctlcv@ctlcv.org or by calling (860) 236-5442.
