From October 5th -13th, Middletown's premier art event returns with a new focus on climate action and environmental justice! The 2019 Climate Action Art Walkwill showcase local artists whose work centers on protecting and celebrating our beautiful environment.
The Climate Action Art Walk is especially important this year in light of recent national and world news about climate change. It is crucial we raise awareness and take action to prevent further harm to our planet and people.
Artists across Connecticut will have the opportunity to submit work for display at predetermined locations throughout Middletown. This year's event is presented by a collaboration between the Middletown Art Walk, Chispa CT, the Connecticut League of Conservation Voters, Rockfall Foundation, North End Action Team (NEAT), CHEER, Middletown Green Community Center, and MAC 650.
